Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of what VAMSHIAIG LLP offers is free. Some of our products include an optional paid feature — for example, a pack of AI generation credits on Vibe Resume. This page describes how refunds and cancellations work for those paid purchases across our products.

Purchases are non-refundable once delivered

Our paid features are digital and are delivered to your account immediately after your payment is captured. Because the benefit (for example, AI credits) is granted right away, purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time within the product you bought them for.

Payment captured but nothing was delivered

If your bank shows a payment as successful but the purchase did not appear on your account within 30 minutes, email contact@vamshiaig.com with your payment reference and the email you used to sign in. We will reconcile the account manually or refund the payment in full.

Cancellation

Our paid packs are one-time purchases — there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge to your card. You can stop using any of our services at any time. Deleting your account within a product removes your data, including any unused balance.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged for an order that failed, or charged twice for the same order, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with our payment gateway (Razorpay) to reverse the charge. Note that some banks display authorisation holds as completed charges; these typically reverse on their own within 5–7 business days.

Disputes

Please reach out to us at contact@vamshiaig.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank — almost all issues can be resolved by email faster than a formal dispute, and at no fee to either side.

Free features are unaffected

The free tools, template-based engines, publish flows, and any free usage quotas in our products remain free. This policy only governs paid purchases.
