By using this website (vamshiaig.com) or any product operated by VAMSHIAIG LLP (the “Services”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean VAMSHIAIG LLP (LLPIN ADA-3636).

The Services

VAMSHIAIG LLP is an AI generalist studio that builds focused web products, such as Vibe Resume and Storefront. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Your content and output

You keep ownership of everything you put into our products and the output you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and accurate, and for how you use the results. We don't claim any rights over your content or the material you generate.

Our intellectual property

The Services themselves — including their source code, design, layout, text, graphics, and the “Vamshi AIG”, “Vibe Resume” and “Storefront” names and branding — are the proprietary property of VAMSHIAIG LLP and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, host, resell, or create derivative works of the Services or any part of them. You may use our products for their intended purpose to create your own content; you may not reproduce or operate the Services, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Services for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer the Services.
• Don't misuse third-party data our tools surface — respect those platforms' terms.

Paid features

Some products offer optional paid features (for example, AI credit packs on Vibe Resume) beyond their free tier. These are sold as one-time purchases (no subscription) and processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. By buying them you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The free tiers remain available without payment.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or discontinue the Services at any time, and we may update these terms as our products evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAMSHIAIG LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
